Adriana Eaton Takes 2nd at New England Interscholastic Girls Championship
Moses Brown star Adriana Eaton finished in second place at the New England Interscholastic Golf Championships on Monday at Mohegan Sun.
Eaton shot a 73 in the one round to finish behind Carys Hennessy, who won the girls championship with a 67.
Barrington’s Claire McTaggart and Lily Dessel both finished inside the top ten (T4 & T8).
Eaton is in the midst of her sophomore year at MB.
She is the defending Rhode Island High School Girls State Champion and is coming off a run to the RI Women’s Amateur Championship.
Boys Side
On the boys side of things, Coventry’s Sam Fuentes and Barrington’s Adam Gorman led the way with rounds of 73.
They both finished in a tie for 10th.
