O’Leary 1 Shot Off Cut Line with 18 Holes to Play
Former Rhode Island Amateur champ Andrew O’Leary fired a five-under 65 during Thursday’s third round of PGA Tour Q-School Stage 1 in Oklahoma.
With 18 holes left, O’Leary is one shot off the top 20 and ties cut line heading into Friday.

As of Thursday evening, the cut to advance to stage two is two-under par.
O’Leary is one-under for the tournament.
The lead is 10-under and it’s held by Mexico’s Luis Gerardo Garza.
O’Leary’s 3rd Round
O’Leary started the third round on the tenth hole and dropped a birdie putt to get off to a good start.
He gave it right back on 12 with a bogey to go back to even for the day.
However, he then went on a run.
The former Notre Dame star dropped birdies on 14, 15 and 16 to get to three-under and poured in another birdie on the par-5 18th hole to turn at four-under for the round.
On the front side, O’Leary bogeyed the fourth hole, but then birdied the sixth and ninth holes to get to one-under for the tournament.
