Massachusetts racked up 49 points on the day (two sessions) to lead Connecticut by a point heading into Wednesday’s final day.
Rhode Island has a total of 23 points for the two sessions.
Massachusetts has won the Tri-State matches three-years in a row, while Rhode Island hasn’t won since 2001.
Wednesday’s format is four-ball matches.
