O’Leary in 2nd After Opening Round of Q-School Pre-Qualifier
Andrew O’Leary’s PGA Tour Q-School run is off to a good start.
The former RI Amateur champ carded a four-under 68 in the first round of his Pre-Qualifier in Ohio and currently sits in solo second with two rounds to go.
The top 38 players and ties advance to Stage 1 of Q-School.
O’Leary’s 1st Round
O’Leary got off to a rollercoaster start, going par, bogey, birdie, bogey, birdie through the first five holes.
He settled down after a par on the sixth and then played the final three holes at two-under to turn at 34.
On the back side, O’Leary saved par on the first four holes, and then birdied 14 and 18 to card an opening 68.
