Harry Dessel Finishes 43rd at Alex Lagowitz Memorial Invitational
Rhode Island Amateur runner-up Harry Dessel finished in a tie for 43rd at the Alex Lagowitz Memorial Invitational this weekend.
It was he, and Lafayette’s first collegiate tournament of the season.
Dessel fired rounds of 74, 77 and 78 to be 13-over par.
He was the second leading scorer on the team for the tournament, finishing only behind Boyoung Chang, who tied for 38th.
Overall, Lafayette finished in 12th our of 13 teams with a team score of 55-over par.
Yale won the tournament at 11-under.
