RI’s Iaciofano, Charlie Woods Make Benjamin School Roster
Rhode Island’s Joey Iaciofano has made the golf team roster at The Benjamin School down in Florida.
Iaciofano finished first in the qualifier earlier this month to make the team.
Charlie Woods finished second and is also on the roster.
Back in July, GolfNewsRI had an exclusive Q&A with Benjamin School coach Toby Harbeck who noted that Joey and Charlie were trying out for the team.
The Bucs season is underway and they are off to a 6-0 start with a tournament victory at the American Heritage Invitational.
The closest that any team has come to beating them so far is ten shots.
URI commit Tyler Bruneau is one of the senior leaders on the squad this year.
