Allison Paik Gets 6 Seed in MA Women’s Amateur
Allison Paik finished in a tie for 4th during the stroke play portion of the Massachusetts Women’s Amateur on Tuesday at Dedham Country & Polo Club.
Paik has advanced to match play and will enter the tournament as the six seed.
She will face Clara Chae in the first round on Wednesday at 9:50 a.m.
Paik won the tournament in 2020.
Paik’s 2nd Round
After a first round 73 had her in the lead, Paik opened the second round with three bogeys in the first five holes.
Paik then bogeyed the seventh and eighth holes, before turning with a birdie on the ninth hole to shoot a front nine 40.
On the back side, Paik bogeyed the tenth and 12th holes, before making a birdie on 14.
The former Wheeler star then went bogey, double on 15 and 16 to shoot a 78.
