Tiger Woods Ex-Girlfriend Drops $30 Million Lawsuit
Tiger Woods ex-girlfriend Erica Herman has dropped her $30 million lawsuit against the Woods’ estate, according to a report from the New York Post.
Herman was suing Woods for kicking her out of his mansion after the couple broke up.
“The Plaintiff, ERICA HERMAN, by and through her undersigned counsel, hereby dismisses without prejudice her Complaint, filed on October 26, 2022, pending resolution of the appeal in Herman v. Woods,” the filing read, “and determination of whether her claims are subject to arbitration.”
A hearing had been scheduled for August.
However, according to the Post, the lawsuit she filed to nullify a 2017 non-disclosure agreement remains pending.
