VIDEO: Rhode Islanders Back Up on Day 2 of Northeast Amateur

Bobby Leopold still leads the way amongst Rhode Islanders after a two-over 71 in round two of the Northeast Amateur at Wannamoisett.
Leopold has a good chance to make the cut on Friday as he currently sits in a tie for 33rd.
Overall, the four Rhode Islanders in the field went backwards on Thursday in tough conditions and even tougher pin placements.
Mike Hamilton is the second best Rhode Islander at 14-over, while Tyler Cooke and Kevin Blaser are 17-over and 20-over respectively.
The cut to the top 60 and ties takes place after Friday’s round.
