Welch’s Final Round

Welch opened his final round by birding four of the first six holes to get to four-under on the day and climb the leaderboard.

He would give one back with a bogey on seven to turn at three-under par.

On the back side, Welch birdies the tenth and 12th holes to get the score to five-under for the round.

However a double-bogey on the 13th set him backwards two shot.

Welch would bounce back with birdies on the 14th and 16th holes, but a closing bogey left him a four-under for the day and a final round 66.

Chatfield’s Final Round

Chatfield kept a clean card in his final round.

He opened with a birdie on the second hole, and then made a string of pars to stay at one-under until he dropped another birdie on the eighth hole.

The former RI Amateur champ would turn at two-under 33.

On the back side, Chatfield added birdies on the tenth hole and another on the 14th hole to shoot 66.
