Chatfield Finishes 34th at KFT’s UNC Health Championship

Former Rhode Island Amateur champion Davis Chatfield finished in a tie for 34th this week at the UNC Health Championship on the Korn Ferry Tour.
Chatfield opened the tournament with rounds of 65 and 69, but was hurt in the third and fourth rounds with 72 and 71.

Chatfield finished three-under for the tournament to tie with two other players.
For the week, Chatfield was third best in driving accuracy, but 44th in putts per green in regulation.
His 12 birdies for the week were 56th best in the tournament, while his seven bogeys were tie for seventh.
Chatfield also made the Mose pars of anyone in the field with 52.
Jorge Fernandez Valdes won the tournament in a playoff against Trent Phillips.
They both finished at 13-under in regulation.
