Judge Rules in Favor of Tiger Woods Against Ex. Girlfriend

Judge Elizabeth Metzger of Florida ruled in favor of Tiger Woods in a lawsuit filed by his ex. Girlfriend Erica Herman on Wednesday.
In an 11-page ruling, Metzger held that Herman must abide by the nondisclosure agreement that both parties signed, and that her claims of sexual harassment were unfounded.

“Herman does not deny that the signature on the NDA is hers or that she agreed to arbitrate, Herman made vague and threadbare references to behaviors or actions she contends constitute sexual harassment.”
Those claims were “implausibly pled.”
Herman’s unlawful-eviction claims must be resolved in arbitration.
As GolfNewsRI reported, Herman filed a lawsuit against Woods some months ago and the lawsuit became public in March.
