Will Dickson Misses Cut at KFT Monday Q

Rhode Island’s Will Dickson missed the cut at the Korn Ferry Tour Monday Qualifier today in Kansas.

Dickson carded a two-under 70  to miss getting into a playoff by one shot.

Granted, it would have been, and is going to be, a massive playoff.

Dickson took last week off to spend time with his coach in New Jersey before flying out to Kansas on Saturday.

He will now have the rest of this week off before playing in the KFT Monday Q on May 22.

Dickson’s Round

Starting on the back side, Dickson opened with an eagle on the par-5 tenth, but then bogeyed the 13th.

He played the side at one-under par.

Turning to the front side, Dickson saved par on the first three holes, but then made three-straight birdies on holes four, five and six.

He looked to be in great shape until a triple-bogey six derailed his round on the par-3 eighth.

The former Moses Brown star finished with a birdie on the ninth to head to the clubhouse at two-under.

Dickson was three-over on the par-3s in the round.

That canceled out a spectacular four-under round on the par-5s, which was second best in the entire field.
