Rhode Island moved up three-spots in the final round.

“We had the third best score of the day and just two more than the winner. Tough teams battle and that is what we did,” said head coach Gregg Burke.

With URI’s season coming to an end, it means the end of Brandon Gillis’ and Andrew DiPetrillo’s collegiate careers.

“It is always emotional saying goodbye to terrific players like Brandon and Andrew,” added Burke.

Bryson Richards and Gillis were named to the All-Conference team.
