Joe Earley Leads La Salle to McCampbell Cup Victory

La Salle senior Joe Earley fired a four-under 67 to win the McCampbell Cup boys championship on Sunday afternoon at Rhode Island Country Club.
Earley’s four-under round also helped lead his La Salle Rams to the team championship with a score of 313, edging Moses Brown by three-shots.

This is the second straight McCampbell Cup that La Salle has won, and the second straight Challenge Cup title the team has won this season.
Earley took first by one shot over Hendricken’s Andrew Chadwick, who cared a three-under 68.
As GolfNewsRI reported, Earley is headed to the Catholic University of America next year to play Division III college golf.
La Salle’s Max Jackson finished in third place in the tournament with a one-over 72.
