Dickson Finishes 2nd at Huntsville Open
Will Dickson fired a final round 63 to finishing a tie for second at the Huntsville Open on the G-Pro Tour on Friday afternoon.
Dickson made nine birdies in the final round to finish at 18-under for the tournament.
Erik Edwards won the tournament at 21-under par.
For his efforts, Dickson takes home $5,658.
Dickson’s Final Round
Dickson started out red hot, birding the first three holes and four of the first six to get to four-under for the day.
He turned at that four-under number (32), and with nine holes left, the lead was in sight.
Turning to the back side, it was more of the same.
Dickson birdied four of the first five holes to get to eight-under for the day and 18-under for the tournament.
At the time, he was one shot off the lead.
A bogey on the par-3 15th set him back one shot with three holes to go.
The former Moses Brown star made par on 16 and 17, before making birdie on 18 to finish at 18-under for the tournament.
