Florio Finishes 12th at Lady Buckeye Invitational
Rhode Island’s Alexis Florio finished in a tie for 12th at the Lady Buckeye Invitational on Sunday afternoon at Ohio State’s Scarlet Course.
Florio finished even par for the tournament to tie with Nebraska’s Kelli Ann Strand.
She fired rounds of 68, 76 and 72 for a total score of 216.
Overall, Indiana finished in 13th place out of 14 teams at 39-over par.
Ohio State won the tournament at 10-under par.
Next Up
Florio and the Hoosiers will close out the year at the Big Ten Women’s Golf Championship at Fox Chapel Golf Course.
The tournament takes place from April 21-23.
