Welch Back to 8th in PGA Tour University Rankings
Patrick Welch climbed back up one spot into eighth in the latest PGA Tour University rankings released on Wednesday.
Welch had been ranked eighth for the majority of the season before dropping to ninth last week.
The former Classical star ranks about a point behind Texas’ Travis Vick for seventh and several points ahead of Georgia Tech’s Ross Steelman.
The top-10 players in the final ranking will earn Korn Ferry Tour membership next season with the top five players being fully exempt.
Welch and the Sooners return to action on Friday, March 17 in the Men’s NIT.
