Bryant Golf Begins Spring Season at Sacred Heart Invitational

The Bryant Bulldogs golf team is set to begin their spring season on Thursday morning at the Sacred Heart Invitational at LPGA International – Jones Course in Florida.
The Bulldogs joined a new conference las summer, moving from the NEC to the Southland Conference.
“We have to be ready to compete, it is going to be a lot better completion I think, but we can handle it, we have a lot of good guys and we are pretty deep,” Bryant sophomore Sam Hood told GolfNewsRI in his episode of the College Golf Winter Break Series.

The Bulldogs will be led by Jack Woods, who had four top-10 finishes during the fall season, including at the Lehigh Invitational.
Bryant will also look for contributions from senior Jack Boyd, junior Tyler Dupuis and senior Patrick Galleher.

The Field
Other than Bryant, the field includes Sacred Heart (obviously), Fairleigh Dickinson, Butler, Longwood, soon to be Division III Hartford, Merrimack and other schools.
