Chris Kirk Wins Final Honda Classic in Playoff
Chris Kirk won the final Honda Classic on Sunday afternoon in a playoff over Eric Cole.
As was announced back in November, Honda is pulling their sponsorship of the event after this year.

For Kirk, this is his first PGA Tour win in eight years (179 starts), and his fifth career win overall.
Back in 2019, Kirk took a leave of absence from the Tour to battle alcohol abuse, and has since returned from that battle.
Kirk now earns a spot in next week’s Arnold Palmer Invitational.
Cole will be playing on a sponsors exemption.
The Playoff
In the playoff, both players put their tee shots in the fairway.
After both players laid up, Cole went first and put his third shot in the green side bunker.
Kirk nearly put his third shot in the hole for a tap in birdie.
Cole’s birdie putt lipped out in heartbreaking fashion, giving Kirk the win.
