Francoeur Loses in Playoff on West Florida Golf Tour
Former University of Rhode Island star Chris Francoeur lost in a playoff on the West Florida Golf Tour on Monday.
Francoeur and Bryce Emory were tied at six-under after regulation and tied the first three holes of the playoff.
However, Emory saved par on the last hole, and Francoeur made bogey, giving Emory the win.
Francoeur took home $800, while Emory takes home $1,300.
Francoeur is gearing up to play PGA Tour Canada Q School in the next few weeks.
