Quigley Finishes T3 at PGA Champions Tour Event
Rhode Island’s Brett Quigley finished in a tie for third in the PGA Champions Tour’s Trophy Hassan II on Saturday.
Quigley finished three-under par for the week, six shots behind winner Stephen Ames.
Quigley was in second place after round one before following up with rounds of 72 and 74.
Quigley’s Final Round
Needing a good start to get in contention, Quigley bogeyed three of his first six holes of the day, before birding the eighth hole.
However, he gave it right back with a bogey on nine to turn at 39.
On the back side, Quigley dropped a birdie putt on 13 and then another on 18 to shoot 74 and pull into a tie for third.
