Triggs’ Tramonti Takes 22nd at PGA Senior Stroke Play Championship

Triggs pro Bob Tramonti finished 22nd at the PGA Senior Stroke Play Championship at the PGA Village Wanamaker Course. 

Tramonti posted a three round score of 218, including rounds of 75, 70 and 74 to finish in a tie for 22nd. 

He was one of only two Rhode Island pros to play in the event. 

The other was North Kingstown’s John Rainone, who finished 101st. 

Ohio’s Bob Sowards won the event for the second straight year. 

He takes home $1,500.
