She also finished second to Lisa McGill for the Women’s Player of the Year.
Eaton’s Season
Eaton’s big accomplishment came in late July when she won the Rhode Island Women’s Amateur championship at Wanumetonomy over Morgan MacLeod.
She then finished runner up in the Girls Junior Amateur Championship, losing to Olivia Williams.
The Kirkbrae product also had high finishes at the Girls High School State Championship and the rain shortened Challenge Cup High School Championship.
Eaton partnered with Lily Dessel to win the Women’s Four-Ball Championship.
Outside of state events, Eaton clinched her fourth straight Kirkbrae Club Championship this summer, beating her sister Adriana inn epic match that went right to the last hole.
