Vinny Papa Set for Notah Begay III National Championship

Rhode Island’s Vinny Papa will be on a national stage this week as she competes in the Notah Begay III National Championship at Kaasati Pines in Louisiana.

Papa advanced to the national championship after winning the qualifier in Mississippi back in September.

“Can’t wait. I played my first practice round on Tuesday. The course is very pretty. Wednesday is the Wilson experience day so there will be a long drive and putting contest. Notah Begay III will be at the dinner Wednesday night,” said Papa, while checking in to the hotel in Louisiana.
