Kings Crossing Raises 10K for Charity in Annual Par-3 Challenge

Kings Crossing Golf Club in North Kingstown raised $10,000 for charity in their annual par-3 challenge that took place this past weekend.

The money will go to Special Olympics RI, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Chain Reaction and Live Like Lou.

“Thanks to all that attended and supported this year’s KC3 Charity Par-3 Challenge. The day was perfect. A special thanks to all of our players, sponsors and donors that made this year’s event possible as well as the hard work of our staff and event volunteers,” writes Kings Crossing.

This is the third year Kings Crossing has done this charity event, and to date, they have raised $35,000.

Tournament Results

The course is turned into an 18-hole par-3 course with closest to the pins on every hole, and six hole-in-one prizes.

The team of Judy Taylor/Nikki Batzinger won the ladies event, and Alan and Chris Lussier won the overall event with a score of 54.
