Francoeur 4 Shots off Cut After Q School Round 2
Former University of Rhode Island star Chris Francoeur carded a second round 74 at Korn Ferry Tour Q School in New Mexico on Wednesday.
Francoeur is three-over for the tournament and is four shots off the cutline with two rounds left to play.
The top 17 players and ties advance to final qualifying.
The cut is currently at 1-under par.
Francoeur’s 2nd Round
Francoeur played the front nine at even par with a bogey on the first hole and a birdie on the fourth hole.
The back side was a bit of a rollercoaster.
Francoeur bogeyed the 10th and 11th holes, birdied the 12th, but then a double on the 13th sent him down the leaderboard.
He bounced back with a birdie on the 14th hole, but gave it right back with a bogey on 15.
