Alexis Florio Finishes 6th at Badger Invitational
Making her Indiana debut, Alexis Florio finished in a tie for sixth place at the Badger Invitational this week at University Ridge Golf Course in Wisconsin.
Florio posted a three round score of 214 (2-under) to finish in a tie with North Florida’s Wyndom Burnett.
Florio’s tournament included rounds of 75, 70 and a final round 69.
Indiana finished 12th in the tournament, while Nebraska went on to win at one-under par.

Florio’s 69
Starting on the 15th hole on Tuesday, the former Columbia star tripled the 17th to go to three-over, but quickly bounced back with a birdie on 18.
Making the turn the first time around, Florio saved par on the first four holes, and then birdied three of the next five to turn at three-under on the nine.
She added two more birdies on the 12th and 13th holes to shoot 69.
