Lanouette & Corsetti Win Triggs Four-Ball Championship
The team of Kevin Lanouette and Doug Corsetti held on to win the 2022 Triggs Men’s Innerclub Four-Ball Championship on Sunday.
They finished with a best ball score of one-under par 71 to beat Rick Bedessa and Joe Lovett and Peter McBride and Tim Geary by one shot.
The low net winners were Ernie Masi and Richard Pitrone with a total of 8-under 64.
Second low net went to Lovett and Badessa, at 65.
There was a tie for third low net; Bob Xavier-Peter Brown and Bob O’Connor-Peter Fitzsimmons (both with 67s).

There was a logjam for fifth low net; Joe Branca-Bob Degnan, Ken Mernick-Lou Federico, Gary Marcotte-Cliff Horton, Rick Bernard-Dave Deverell, Lou Riquinha-Brandon Lee and Tom DiRocco-Chris Batitis, (all at 68).
Closest to the pin winners; Jordan Ribeiro (#4), Pete Fitzimmons (#7), Dan Chaika (#12) and Cliff Horton (#14).
There were seven skins, the highlight being a hole-out eagle by Joe Lovett on #16.
The others were birdies, recorded by Greg Spirito (#3), Bob Donahue (#9), Peter McBride (#12), Kevin Lanouette (#14), Ed Emond (#17) and Peter Hallas (#18).
