Rhode Island’s Will Dickson made a double-bogey on 18 to miss the cut by two shots at this week’s Korn Ferry Tour tournament in Springfield, Missouri.

Dickson finished his second round at the Price Cutter Open at three-under par for the tournament and the cut ended up being five-under.

The former Moses Brown star got into the tournament after Monday qualifying earlier this week.

That Monday Q came just a day after he won the Waterloo Open in Iowa, taking home $50,000.

Dickson’s 2nd round

Behind the cut line by one shot to start the day, Dickson started with a birdie on the first hole to immediately get the ball rolling.

After a string of pars, Dickson would bogey the seventh, but bounce back with a birdie on eight to turn at one-under.

To start the backside, Dickson opened with three straight birdies to get to four-under for the day and well inside the projected cut.

However, he made bogey on 13 to drop a shot and then came the disaster on 18.

After putting his tee shot in the fairway, his third sot went into the rough and then he took a penalty stroke for his fourth shot.

He ended up making seven.
