Harry Dessel Wins Amateur Invitational
Lafayette commit and former Moses Brown star Harry Dessel won the Amateur Invitational at New England Country Club earlier this month.
Dessel posted a two-round score of 138 (4-under) to win by one shot over Florida’s Sean Dully and Massachusetts’ Ricky Stimets.
The Moses Brown alum posted scores of 66 and 72 to win the tournament.
Other Rhode Islanders in the field include Max Jackson who finishes seventh, Portsmouth’s Mike Calef, who took 29th, Mark Roberts Jr and Rocco Biafore who finished 54th
