Will Dickson Misses Cut at U.S. Open Qualifier in Florida

Rhode Island’s Will Dickson missed the cut at the U.S. Open Qualifier at Shingle Creek down in Florida on Tuesday.
Dickson finished one-under for the tournament, with four-under getting players into playoff for the fifth and final spot.

Four other players tied for medalist honors at five-under and have advanced to the sectional qualifier on June 6.
Dickson’s Round
The former Moses Brown star opened with a birdie on the first hole to get off to a good start, but then went double-bogey bogey on the sixth and seventh holes.
He made another birdie on the eighth hole, before closing the front nine with a bogey on the ninth to turn at one-over.
Dickson made another bogey on the 10th hole to drop to two-over, before closing the round with three birdies in the last eight holes to finish one under.
