URI Commit O’Donovan & Partner Advance to Match Play at U.S. Four Ball
University of Rhode Island commit Aidan O’Donovan and his partner Joseph Lenane have advanced to the match play portion of the U.S. Four-Ball Championship in Alabama.
O’Donovan and Lenane are seeded 23rd in the tournament and will face tenth seeded Aaron Pounds and Jack Usner on Monday at 8:48 a.m.
O’Donovan will be a freshman at URI in the fall.
How They Got There
To advance to match play, O’Donovan and Lenane posted a pair of back-to-back 66s to finish nine-under overall and in a tie for 15th.
