VIDEO: 3-for-2 Playoff for Alternate Spots at U.S. Open Qualifying
While the low five spots to advance in U.S. Open Qualifying at Kirkbrae Country Club, the alternate spots were not decided.
There was a 3-for-2 playoff to decided the two alternate spots between Samuel Grindle, Patrick Frodigh and former Ledgemont Head Pro Troy Pare.
The playoff took place on holes 18, 10 and 17 (in that order) at Kirkbrae.
Frodigh wins the first alternate spot and Grindle takes the second.
