Welch, Oklahoma Win Big 12 Championship
Patrick Welch and his Oklahoma Sooners won the Big 12 Championship on Wednesday afternoon at Whispering Pines Golf Club in Texas.
The Sooners finished at 14-under par to beat rival Oklahoma State by two shots to take the title.
Welch finished in a tie for ninth for the tournament after a two-under 70 in the final round.
The Sooners will now wait for the NCAA bracket to be announced on May 4.
