URI Golf 1 Shot Back at Abarta Coca Cola Invitational
The University of Rhode Island Golf team is just one shot off the lead after day one of the Abarta Coca Cola Invitational at the Steel Club in Hellertown, Pennsylvania.
The Rams are five-over for the tournament, one off the lead of first place Iona, who is four-over.
Rhod eIsland is 13 shots ahead of the third place team, Fordham.
The tournament concludes on Monday.

The Rams were led by Andrew DiPetrillo, who posted a two-under 70 for the round.
This was his first tournament of the spring season.
Meanwhile, Jordan Brajcich is in an eight-way tie for 10th place at 1-over, while Bryson Richards and Brandon Gillis are three-over.
