Florio Finishes 38th at Hoya Invitational, Columbia 9th
In her final collegiate regular season tournament, Rhode Island’s Alexis Florio finished in a tie for 38th at The Hoya Invitational this past weekend at Woodmont Country Club in Maryland.
The Cranston native posted a three-round score of 24-over par to finish tied with two other players.
RI’s Allison Paik sat out this tournament.
The Columbia Lions finished in ninth with a team score of 89 over par.
Next up for Columbia is the 2022 Ivy League Championship, which is scheduled for Friday, April 22 through Sunday April 24.
