BREAKING: Scottie Scheffler Wins The Masters

The hottest player in all of golf has done it again.
Scottie Scheffler won the Masters on Sunday afternoon at Augusta National with relative ease.
Scheffler finished with a score of 10-under par, four shots clear of a charging Rory McIlroy.

This is Scheffler’s fourth win in the last six weeks and the first major victory of his career.
McIlroy took second, Cameron Smith and Shane Lowry third and Collin Morikawa finished in fifth.
Scheffler Runs Away With It
Scheffler began the day with a three shot lead over Cameron Smith.
After Smith birdied the first two holes, Scheffler’s lead was down to just one heading to the short third hole.
After both players drove it into trouble, they both punched out just short of the green.
Scheffler then chipped his next shot in for a birdie, while Smith ended up making a bogey.
Smith never recovered from that hole and ended up falling apart on the back nine.
Scheffler was never really challenged the rest of the day.
