Registration Opens Wednesday for RI Women’s Tournaments
Registration for the Rhode Island Women’s tournament schedule opens today, Wednesday, February 16.
“The RIGA conducts over 26 Women’s Events. There are four major championships, 17 weekly play dates, 2 Mixed Tournaments and five weeks of Team Matches. In addition, there are three affiliated regional events members will be eligible to participate,” writes RIGA on their website.
According to the Rhode Island Golf Association, this registration period is specifically for for May and June events.
Registration opened at 10 a.m.
Loaded Women’s Schedule
The women’s tournament schedule is loaded this season.
The Women’s Amateur will be held at Ledgemont, and the Women’s Stroke Play will be held at Kirkbrae.
Following that, the Women’s Four-Ball tournament will take place at Wanumetonomy and the Women’s Senior Amateur is set to take place at Agawam Hunt.
