VIDEO: Harold Varner III Wins Saudi International with Incredible Eagle Putt
Harold Varner III won the Saudi International on Sunday morning with an incredible putt, which might as well have been from the parking lot at the Royal Greens Golf and Country Club.
Heading into the final hole, Varner needed a birdie to tie Bubba Watson and force a playoff.
He did one better.
Varner, 31, putted from just off the green and watched the ball drop into the hole before starting an epic celebration.
Varner is currently ranked 99th in the world. This win will move him to within range of the top 50 and a chance to get into the Masters.
