Kirkbrae Country Club in Lincoln is hiring a dining room manager ahead of the 2022 golf season.
“Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, the Dining Room Manager will oversee the daily Food and Beverage (FB) operations and directly supervise all Front of House staff. The Dining Room Manager will ensure all FB operations and member services are coordinated to exceed member expectations, while driving initiatives to achieve the Club’s revenue and profit objectives. Working closely with the Director of FB and the Executive Chef, the Dining Room Manager will ensure standards of fine dining service and safety guidelines are met. Assist in the development and training of all Front of House staff to maintain a high level of service and ensure adherence to Club standards,” writes Food and Beverage Director Dariela Rivas on LinkedIn.
