DeChambeau Withdraws from Sony Open After Committing on Friday

Just a few days after committing to the Sony Open, Bryson DeChambeau has withdrawn from the tournament, according to Golf Channel’s Ryan Lavner.
Lavner reports that DeChambeau dropped out due to wrist soreness.
According to Golf Digest, DeChambeau’s press conference to promote the Saudi International was also canceled.

DeChambeau is coming off a T-25 finish out of 38 players at the Sentry Tournament of Champions this past weekend.
Others Drop Out
Other players who have dropped out of the tournament on Monday morning include Brice Garnett, Garrick Higgo and Troy Merritt.
