Team New England Beats Team Florida
Led by Rhode Island’s Max Jackson, Ryan Marcantonio and Rocco Biafore, Team New England beat Team Florida in the 27th annual match on Monday at Trump National Doral Blue Monster Course.
New England won the Ryder Cup type event 21 -15 to retain the Dave Adamonis Sr. Trophy.
La Salle’s Max Jackson was named co-medalist with an 18-hole score of 75.
All three Rhode Island representatives went 1-1 in the matches.
This is New England’s tenth straight victory.
