This is Eaton’s first Player of the Year honor.

It comes a day after Max Jackson was named the Boys Junior Player of the Year.

With the way things are going, it feels like the two of them could be sharing the spotlight for a long time.

Eaton This Season

One could make an argument that Eaton could have been the Women’s Player of the Year, never mind the Girls Junior.

To start the summer, Eaton finished second in the Girls High School State Championship at Warwick Country Club.

She then made a deep run in the Rhode Island Women’s Amateur, advancing to the quarterfinals before losing to Lauren Dohoney.

Later in the summer, Eaton won the Rhode Island Junior Girls Division at Rhode Island Country Club for her first ever state win.

Following that, Eaton won her third straight Kirkbrae Women’s Club Championship.
