Golf Channel Shredded Over CJ Cup Coverage

The final round of the CJ Cup in Las Vegas was sure to be exciting.

The final group featured a resurgent Rickie Fowler, superstar Rory McIlroy and rising star Abraham Ancer all competing for the title, with Fowler holding a two shot lead on an easy course.

Not to mention a massive run by Collin Morikawa, who teed off well ahead of the leaders.

Perhaps someone should have informed Golf Channel.

Despite the excitement and anticipation, the first two hours of the final round were not viewable anywhere.

On TV, the Senior Tour was on, and of course went to a playoff, and online there was… well, nothing. Nothing on PGA Tour LIVE or Golf Channel’s website.

Needless to say, golf fans and media were not happy.
