Francoeur Tied for 87th, Louisville in 1st at Bank of Tennessee Intercollegiate
Former URI star Chris Francoeur is in a tie for 87th after round one of the Bank of Tennessee Intercollegiate at Blackthorn Club at the Ridges in Tennessee.
Francouer fired a four-over 76 in the first round on Sunday.
His new team, the Louisville Cardinals, are in a tie for first at 11-under with East Tennessee State.
Francoeur’s First Round
After opening the round with three straight pars, Francoeur bogeyed the fourth hole to move to one-over.
He got that bogey back with a birdie on eight, but then bogeyed nine to make the turn at that one-over score.
On the bak side, Francoeur bogeyed the 11th, 16th and 17th holes to finish at four over for the tournament.
