Francoeur Tied 27th Through 2 Rounds at Maui Jim
Former URI star Chris Francoeur fired a one-under par 69 and currently sits in a tie for 27th at the Maui Jim Intercollegiate in Arizona.
Francoeur is three-under for the tournament and tied with six other players.
Francoeur’s new team, Louisville, is in a tie for third place with one round remaining.

Starting on the first hole Saturday, Francoeur saved par on the first six holes before bogeying the seventh hole.
Francoeur got it back with a birdie on nine to make the turn at even par for the day.
On the back side, Francoeur saved par on the first five holes before going birdie, bogey, birdie on 15,16, and 17 to get to one-under for the day.
Farncoeur saved par on 18 to finish the day.
