Club Champions Crowned at Kings Crossing
It was championship Saturday at Kings Crossing with matches taken place in the championship division, net division, senior division and women’s division.
In the 36-hole final for the championship division, Mike Hogan jumped out to a three-up lead through the first 18 holes.
He would go on to win 9&8 over Mike Riley.
In the Women’s division Sheleen Clarke edged Sue Zile one up in a 23-hole thriller.
Clarke was playing the match on her 20th wedding anniversary.
In the net club championship division, Alan Lussier beat Mike Petrarca 3&2 in a close match.
The senior division was won by former NBC10 weatherman Gary Ley.
Ley beat Dr. Michale Garr 3&2.
