Phil Mickelson Commits to Travelers Championship in Connecticut
PGA Champion Phil Mickelson has committed to the Travelers Championship in Connecticut, the tournament announced on Thursday.
This means that Mickelson will be playing three weeks in a row starting next week with the U.S. Open, than then Travelers and then Rocket Mortgage.
Mickelson won the PGA Championship last month at Kiawah Island for his sixth major of his career.
He played the following week at the Charles Schwab Challenge, but did not fair to well.
Lefty’s next tournament will be the U.S. Open.
2021 Tournament
The Travelers field includes Dustin Johnson, Rickie Fowler, Tony Finau, Justin Rose, Patrick Cantlay, Keegan Bradley and more.
The tournament will be held June 21 -27 in Connecticut.
