U.S. Four-Ball Qualifying Underway in Connecticut, Multiple RI Teams Competing
Multiple Rhode Island teams are at Connecticut National Tuesday morning attempting to qualify for the U.S. Amateur Four-Ball Championship.
The Rhode Island contingent is led by defending RI Stroke Play champion Mike Hamilton and former RI Amateur Champion Tommy McCormick.
Other RI teams include Matt Costaregni and McKinley Slade, Jason Kalin and Richard Audette, Kyle Hoffman and Peter O’Neill, and Chris Chartier and Michael O’Malley.
There will be three qualifying places and two alternates.
The U.S. Amateur Four-Ball all take place May 22-26 at Chambers Bay in Washington.
